الگوی ساختاری رابطه متغیرهای شخصیتی هگزاکو و شادکامی: بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای سبک‌های اسنادی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر متغیر­های شخصیتی هگزاکو بر شادکامی با واسطه­گری سبک­های اسنادی می­باشد. در این پژوهش متغیر­های شخصیتی هگزاکو به عنوان متغییر پیش‎بین شادکامی می‎باشد. سبک‎های اسنادی به عنوان متغیر میانجی رابطه بین متغیر‎های پیش‎بین و وابسته در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش نامه شخصیت هگزاکو، پرسش نامه شادکامی آکسفورد و پرسش نامه سبک‎های اسنادی می­باشد. بدین منظور داده‎ها از 445 نفر از کارکنان یک شرکت صنعتی به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده گرد آوری شده است. برای تحلیل داده­ها از روش مدل­یابی معادله های ساختاری با Amous 18  وSpss 18  استفاده شده است. اثرهای غیر مستقیم روابط با روش بوت استراپ مورد آزمون قرار گرفت  و  نتایج به دست آمده با استفاده از روش الگویابی معادله های ساختاری نشان داد که متغیرهای برون­زای صداقت - فروتنی، برون‌گرایی، وظیفه­شناسی و تجربه­پذیری اثر مستقیم معنادار و تهییج­پذیری و هم سازی، اثر مستقیم غیر معنادار بر سبک­های اسنادی دارند. هم چنین، نتایج نشان دادند که رابطه بین متغیرهای پیش­بین (صداقت- فروتنی، برون­گرایی، وظیفه­شناسی و تجربه­پذیری) با شادکامی از راه سبک­های اسنادی میانجی­گر شد.

چکیده [English]

    The aim of this research was to design and test a model of the effect of  HEXACO Personality Variable on Happiness with mediating Attribution Style. In this research HEXACO Personality Variables was considered as predictor of Happiness. In addition Attribution Style was considered as mediator of relationship between predictor and dependent variable. The instruments which used in this study include HEXACO Personality Inventory, Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, and Attribution Style Questionnaire (ASQ). Data collected from 445 employees of an industrial Company. That selected via simple random sampling method. Structural equation modeling through AMOS 18 and SPSS 18 software package were used for data analysis. The indirect effects were tested by Bootstrap procedure. Results indicate that Exogenous Variables Honesty-Humility, Extraversion, Conscientiousness and Openness to Experience have a significant direct effect and Emotionality and Agreeableness have a not significant direct effect. Also indicate that Relation between predictor variable (Honesty-Humility, Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Openness to experience) whit Happiness through the Attribution style was mediator.
