بررسی اثر بخشی استعاره درمانی و بخشش درمانی بر ابعاد سازگاری پس از طلاق زنان

چکیده

    از آن جا که طلاق روز به روز در حال افزایش است و مشکلات روان‌شناختی از جمله بازگشت نداشتن به زندگی عادی و سازگاری را برای این افراد، بویژه زنان، بوجود می آورد. با توجه به ابعاد گوناگون سازگاری پس از طلاق، هدف پژوهش مقایسه تاثیر دو درمان بخشش درمانی و استعاره درمانی بر سازگاری زنان مطلقه است. جامعه مورد بررسی، تمامی زنان مطلقه سال 94-95 شیراز بود. از بین آن ها 60 نفر به وسیله نمونه گیری هدفمند از بین زنان مراجعه کننده به بهزیستی و کمیته امداد امام خمینی انتخاب و با استفاده از انتصاب تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و لیست انتظار قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسش‎نامه سازگاری پس از طلاق فیشر بود و یافته ها با روش کوواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها حاکی از اثر بخشی هر دو درمان، نسبت به گروه لیست انتظار، بر سازگاری گروههای آزمایش بود. استعاره درمانی در بهبود ابعاد خودارزشی، رهاشدگی، سوگ و خودارزشی اجتماعی مراجعان موثرتر از بخشش درمانی عمل کرده است.  بخشش درمانی نیز در بهبود ابعاد خودارزشی، رهاشدگی، خشم و سوگ مراجعان موثرتر از استعاره درمانی بوده است. با توجه به نتایج می‌توان بیان کرد که هر دو این روش درمانی، نسبت به درمان نشدن، جهت افزایش سازگاری پس از طلاق در زنان موثرند.

چکیده [English]

    The aim of this study was to compare effectiveness of two therapy based on excitement, forgiveness therapy and metaphor therapy on woman's divorce adjustment. The statistical population, was all divorced Shiraz women in 94-95. 60 people were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The instrument used was Fisher adjustment after divorce scale. For analysis findings, covariance was used. Finding demonstrated the effectiveness of both treatments group fitness. Although there are differences in some sub-components. Metaphor Therapy have been effective on improvement of self-worth, abandonment, bereavement and social self-worth clients. Forgiveness therapy have been effective in improvement of self-worth, abandonment, anger and grief clients. And post-test was significantly difference between the three groups of forgiveness therapy, metaphor therapy and control. Innovation: no research wasn’t found in compare this two treatment in the divorced women sample. So these two methods can be used to increase the compatibility of divorce on women
