نقش واسطه‌گری خود ‌تنظیمی رفتاری در رابطة بین ابعاد کارکرد خانواده و ابراز وجود

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر در چهارچوب یک مدل علّی، پیش‌آیندهای ابراز وجود را بررسی کرد. در این مدل، ابعاد کارکرد خانواده به‌عنوان متغیرهای برون‌زا، خودتنظیمی رفتاری متغیر واسطه‌ای و ابراز وجود متغیر درون‌زا بودند. بدین منظور 265 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانی شهر ابرکوه (121 دختر و 144 پسر) به شیوة خوشه‌ای تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه عملکرد خانواده، خودتنظیمی رفتاری و ابراز وجود استفاده گردید. مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر آزمون شد و برای معناداری اثرات غیرمستقیم متغیرهای رابطه‌ای، روش نمونه‌برداری‌های مکرر خود راه‌انداز به کار رفت. نتایج حاکی از تأیید نقش واسطه‌گری خودتنظیمی رفتاری بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد بعد حل مساله، درگیری عاطفی و کنترل رفتار با واسطه‌گری خودتنظیمی رفتاری پیش‌بینی کننده مثبت و معنادار ابراز وجود هستند. همچنین خود تنظیمی رفتاری پیش‌بینی کننده مثبت و معنا­دار ابراز وجود است. در پایان یافته­ها برمبنای کاربردهای آن برای آموزش والدین و افزایش ابراز وجود در دانش­آموزان به بحث گذاشته شد.

چکیده [English]

The present study investigated a model of the antecedents of assertiveness. In this model, family function dimensions were considered as exogenous variables, assertiveness as endogenous variable, and self-regulation as mediators. 265 students (121 girls and 144 boys) were selected from  high school students of city Abarkuh by multistage cluster sampling method. For Data collection used from Three questionnaires:  Family function (Epstein, Baldwin, & Bishop, 1983), behavioral self – regulation (Brown, Miller, & Lawendowski, 1999) and Assertiveness (Gambrill, & Richey, 1975). The hypothetical model was tested by path analysis and significance of the meditational effects were examined by Bootstrap method. The results indicated that the problem solving, emotional engagement and Behavior control dimensions of family functions were positive significant predictors of assertiveness indirectly through behavioral self-regulation as a mediator. Also, behavioral self – regulation was a significant positive predictor of assertiveness. The findings were discussed in terms of the applications for parents and increasing assertiveness in students.
