بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تجدید قوا بر تجارب بهبودی کارکنان

چکیده

کار به ویژه تحت شرایط استرس‌آور، منجر به واکنش‌های جسمانی و روانی می‌شود. برای پایان دادن به این فشار، به بهبودی از استرس و تقاضاهای شغلی یا به عبارت بهتر به تجدید قوا نیاز است.هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تجدید قوا، بر تجارب بهبودی (گسستگی روانی، آرمیدگی، تجارب تبحری و احساس کنترل) کارکنان بود. این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی است که در آن از طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان مرد شرکت ملی حفاری اهواز بود که از این تعداد،30 نفر به‌ عنوان نمونه فرض‌آزمایی و 80 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه اعتباریابی پرسشنامه‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه «تجارب بهبودی» برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده گردید. جلسات آموزشی شامل 10 جلسه 2 ساعته بود که در 5 هفته برگزار شدند. به علت برقرار نبودن مفروضه همگنی رگرسیون برای انجام تحلیل کواریانس، بر روی نمرات تفاضل پیش آزمون و پس آزمون متغیرهای وابسته، تحلیل واریانس صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در تفاضل پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تن آرامی، تجارب تبحری، گسستگی روانی و کنترل تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (001/0p <  ). بنابراین آموزش تجدید قوا، باعث افزایش ابعاد تجارب بهبودی در کارکنان می‌شود. به عبارت دیگر شرکت کنندگان در کلاس آموزشی یاد می گیرند چگونه زمان پس از پایان کارشان را مدیریت کنند تا از استرس و تقاضاهای شغلی رهایی یابند.

چکیده [English]

Work, particularly under stressful conditions, leads to physical and mental strain reactions. To bring this strain process to an end, recovery is needed. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of job demand`s recovery on staff`s recovery experience (mental detachment, relaxation, mastery experience and control).This was experimental study in which the pretest-posttest design with control group was used. The study population included all male employees of Ahvaz National Drilling Company which 30 persons were selected for hypothesis testing and 80 persons were selected for validate the questionnaire by Simple random sampling. “Recovery Experience Questionnaire” was used to measure variables. 10 training sessions were held for 2 hours during 5 weeks. Due to lack of regression homogeneity assumption for doing covariance analysis, analysis of variance was performed on difference scores between pre-test and post-test of dependent variables.Results showed between experimental and control groups in pre-test and post-test difference scores of relaxation, experience mastery, mental detachment and control had significant difference (p <0/001).Therefore, training of job demand`s recovery increased dimension of employees' recovery experiences. In other words, participants in training class learned how to manage their time after work to relieve from job demands and stress.
