تاثیر برنامه‎های آموزش خانواده بر تغییرگونه شناسی خانواده براساس الگوی مدور ترکیبی سیستم های خانوادگی و زناشویی

چکیده

از عوامل موثر در بروز ناسازگاری زناشویی یا خانوادگی که پیامدهایی مهم از جمله تربیت ضعیف، ناسازگاری فرزند، دلبستگی مشکل‌زا به والدین، افزایش احتمال ناسازگاری والد – فرزند؛ افزایش روز افزون تعارض های زناشویی و خطر بروز جدایی و اثر منفی بر سلامت روانی زوجین و فرزندان‌شان، عدم آموزش مناسب می‌باشد. این پژوهش با هدف تدوین بسته آموزش غنی‌سازی خانواده براساس الگوی مدور ترکیبی سیستم‌های خانوادگی و زناشویی و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر بهبود گونه‌های نا متوازن یا نا متعادل خانوادگی خواهد بود. در این پژوهش با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون دو گروهی (شاهد-آزمون) از بین زوج های مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره در شهر بوشهر 50 زوج داوطلب به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به تصادف به دو گروه آزمون و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمون در 24 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای آموزش گروهی شرکت کردند و داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مقیاس ارزیابی انطباق‌پذیری و همبستگی خانواده السون گردآوری و با روش تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. آموزش غنی‌سازی خانوادهبر اساس رویکرد الگوی درود ترکیبی السون در گروه آزمون به نسبت گروه شاهد، تاثیر بیش‌تری برای کاهش تعارضات زناشویی داشته است ( p <0/01). هم‌چنین، آزمون پیگیری نشان داد اثر این آموزش ماندگار بوده و بین میانگین‌های مراحل پس از آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده شد. نتایج این پژوهش تاثیر آموزش غنی‌سازی زندگی خانوادگی براساس رویکرد اولسون را در کاهش تعارضات زناشویی تایید می‌کند.

One of The reason in creating families or conjugal conflicts that has important conequences such as weak training,increasing more and more conjugal conflicts,danger of being separated and the negative effect on parents and childrens esprit health, is to not have appropriation instruction teaching.This thesisis with the goal of families enrichment instruction package according to combined circular models of conjugal and families system and checking the effect of that on improving different unbalanced families.In this thesis,,with the pre-post exam method,two groups among couples who goes to Boushehrs clinic,50 volunteer couples by sampling,choosed an devided into two groups.The experiment group attended in 24 sessions which took 90 minutes and the thesis datas gathered by using adaptability evaluation measure and olsons integration of families families and analysed bycovaration.
