ساخت مقیاس ویژگیهای شخصیت انسان کامل براساس آراء و نظرات علامه محمد تقی جعفری

چکیده

مفهوم "انسان سالم، کمال و خودشکوفایی" از محوری‌ترین مفاهیم در روان‌شناسی انسانگراست. مکتب اسلام که ریشه در آموزه‌های قرآنی دارد، در سطحی گسترده، عمیق و همه جانبه به ماهیت انسان و کمال وی پرداخته است. با رجوع به تعالیم غنی اسلامی و با توجه به فرهنگ اصیل و بومی ایرانی، می‌توان مفاهیمی چون: "انسان کامل" را استخراج کرده و فقدان وجود ابزاری بومی، برای اندازه گیری آنرا برطرف ساخت. هدف این پژوهش، ساخت مقیاس ویژگی‌های شخصیت انسان کامل براساس آراء و نظرات علامه محمدتقی جعفری بود. بدین منظور، تعداد400نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز (200دخترو200پسر) به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده، مقیاس شخصیت محقق ساخته و مقیاس ویژگی‌های اخلاق مذهبی (Samani,2010) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل عامل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عامل نشان دادند که مناسب‌ترین ساختار عاملی، استخراج 8 عامل بود. عوامل استخراجی از روایی مطلوبی برخوردار بودند. هم‌چنین، برای تعیین پایایی مقیاس ساخته شده، ازروش همسانی درونی (ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) استفاده شد. نتیجه این پژوهش، ساخت مقیاسی حاوی 30 گویه با ساختار عاملی معتبر و روایی و پایایی مناسب بود که می‌تواند ابزاری بومی ‌برای اندازه‌گیری برخی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی انسان رشدیافته وکامل باشد.

چکیده [English]

The concept pert human being, perfection and Self-fulfillment are postulate in humanism psychology. The islam school, in surface widespreading practiced at human being essence and it’s perfection. With revert at the islamic doctrine and genuine and indigenous culture my, extracted concepts like: perfect human being; and lack indigenous instrument removed for measurement this concept. This research aim, developing a personality characteristics scale on developed human based on Allameh Mohammad Taghi Jafari ideas. The case study sample included 400 person (200 woman, 200man) of shiraz university students who selected with cluster random sampling method. The instrument used on this research included, the developing personality scale and moral-religious characteristics scale(samani,2014). Sake analyse data, used of factor analysis and pearson correlation coefficient. Results factor analysis in principal component indicanted who able factor structure extracted 8 factors for scale.The Extractive factors enjoyed of desirable validity. For scale reliability(interior consistency)used Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. This research result, construction 30 substance scale with able factor structure who credible instrument for evaluate some of personality characteristics on developed human and perfectness.
