ارائه مدل ساختاری تسهیم دانش کارکنان؛ ملاحظه نقش ویژگی‌های شخصیتی (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان ستادی اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان تهران)

چکیده

  تسهیم مؤثر دانش به‌عنوان یکی از جنبه‌های مدیریت دانش می‌تواند از مهم‌ترین عوامل موفقیت سازمان‌های ورزشی در محیط متغیر و پیچیده امروزی باشد. از اینرو هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر طراحی مدلی ساختاری به ‌منظور بررسی تأثیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی بر تسهیم دانش کارکنان ستادی اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان تهران می­باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی- همبستگی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 230 نفر از کارکنان ستادی شاغل در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان تهران تشکیل می‌دهند. با استفاده از جدول گرجسی و مورگان، حجم نمونه برای انجام این پژوهش 140 نفر تعیین شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد و در نهایت 141 پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده برای تحلیل جمع‌آوری شد. پایایی و روایی ابزار تحقیق با محاسبه آلفای‌کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و میانگین واریانس تبیین‌شده ارزیابی و تائید شد و روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط استادان و خبرگان آشنا به موضوع تایید شد. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری، با نرم‌افزار آماری ایموس و پی­ال­اس تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و موله­های آن (اقتدارگرایی، عزت نفس، کانون کنترل و سازگاری) بر تسهیم دانش تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند.

چکیده [English]

In a knowledge-based economy, organizations use employee knowledge as a resource for creating and increasing organizational value, and their success depends on their ability to manage this scarce resource. Effective knowledge sharing as one of the aspects of knowledge management can be one of the most important factors in the success of sports organizations in a changing and complex environment of today. The general purpose of the present research was to design a model for assessing the effect of social capital and personality traits on knowledge sharing among the staff of the General Department of Sports and Youth in Tehran province. The research method is descriptive-correlational and is a type of structural equation. The statistical population of this study consists of all 230 staff members of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Tehran Province. Using Morgan's table, a sample size of 140 people was determined. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Finally, 141 questionnaires were collected using simple random sampling method. Reliability and validity of the research tool were evaluated and confirmed by calculating Cronbach alpha, composite reliability and mean of variance explained. Content validity of the questionnaires was made by the professors and experts familiar with the subject. The data were analyzed by statistical software PLS and AMOS. The results showed that social capital and personality traits have a significant effect on knowledge sharing.
