پیش‌ بینی اضطراب نوجوانان بر اساس ادراک نوجوانان از کنترل والدین: نقش میانجی باورهای فراشناختی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش­بینی اضطراب نوجوانان بر اساس ادراک آنها از کنترل والدین با توجه به نقش میانجی باورهای فراشناختی بود. این پژوهش با روش همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش­آموزان دختر متوسطه اول شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود. 211 نفر از اعضای جامعه با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای به­عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. داده­ها از طریق پرسشنامه­های سبک­های فرزند پروری Schaefer، اضطراب کودکان Spence و فراشناخت کودکان و نوجوانانWells، جمع­آوری شدند و با روش مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر مستقیم ادراک نوجوانان از کنترل والدین بر اضطراب نوجوانان معنادار نیست، ولی اثر غیر مستقیم ادراک نوجوانان از کنترل والدین بر اضطراب نوجوانان از طریق باورهای فراشناختی معنادار است. باورهای فراشناختی نیز به­طور مستقیم قادر به پیش­بینی اضطراب نوجوانان بود. اینیافته­ها تلویحات کاربردی و پژوهشی مهمی در زمینه ادراک نوجوانان از کنترل والدین و باورهای فراشناختی در پیش­بینی اضطراب نوجوانان دارد.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to predict adolescents' anxiety based on their perception of parental control with regard to intermediatry role of metacognitive beliefs. The research method was correlational and statistical population consisted of all first grade high school female students of Shiraz city in school year 2018-2019. The sample of study was 211 individuals and the participants were selected using multi stage cluster sampling method. Data was collected through Schaefer Parental Styles Questionnaire (1965), Spence Children's Anxiety Scale (1997) and Children and Adolescents Metacognition Questionnaire (2004) and was analyzed using structural equation modeling. Data analysis showed that the direct effect of adolescents' perception of parental control on adolescents' anxiety is not significant. However, indirect effect of adolescents' perception of parental control on adolescents' anxiety through metacognitive beliefs is significant. Moreover, metacognitive beliefs are able to predict adolescents' anxiety directly. These findings have important research and applied implications in the field of adolescents' anxiety.
