تأثیر فعالیت های بدنی ناهماهنگ با نشانگان اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون کنشی(ADHD) بر کاهش نشانگان این اختلال

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با موضوع تأثیر فعالیت های بدنی ناهماهنگ با نشانگان اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون کنشی، بر کاهش نشانگان این اختلال مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور نمونه ای شامل 50 نفر و دربرگیرنده یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل، به صورت تصادفی و با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای، از بین تمامی دانش آموزان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه-فزون کنشی شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه SNAP-IV و سیاهه رفتاری کودک(CBCL) برای سنین 18-6 سال، جمع آوری گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، علاوه بر آمار توصیفی، از آمار استنباطی شامل تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره (MANCOVA) ، همراه با آزمون پیش فرض همگنی ضرایب رگرسیون در مفروضه های مورد بررسی، آزمون پیش فرض همگنی واریانس درون گروهی در مؤلفه های مورد بررسی با استفاده از آزمون لوین و آزمون شاپیرو- ویلک برای بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت بدنی ناهماهنگ با نشانه های اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون کنشی -(پیلاتس)-، بر علائم این اختلال تأثیر مثبت دارد.
بررسی پایداری اثرات مداخله در مرحله پیگیری نیز نشان دهنده ماندگاری کاهش نشانگان اختلال می باشد؛ لذا می توان نتیجه گرفت که تأثیر فعالیت بدنی ناهماهنگ با نشانه های اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون کنشی -(پیلاتس)-، بر علائم این اختلال، پس از گذشت مدت زمان معلوم، ماندگار بوده است.

The present survey attempts to investigate The effectiveness of physical activity that is inconsistent with Attention deficit – hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) to improve it. Therefore, a sample of 50 people including two sub-groups were randomly selected, using cluster sampling method among students suffering from decreasing attention deficit in Tehran: : an examining group including 25 people were put into Pilates physical activity and a control group including that had no physical activity. The required information were gathered by the means of SNAP-IV and CBCL questionnaires for students aged 6 to 18. In order to analyze the obtained information, in addition to descriptive statistics, we also used deductive statistics including the analysis of multiple variable covariance (MANCOVA), alongside examining the congruity of the presumed regression coefficients as well as examining the congruity of the presumed in-group variance, using Levin and Shapiro-Willck tests to study the normality of the distributed data.
The results show that physical activity that is inconsistent with Attention deficit – hyperactivity disorder (Pilates), have a positive effect on decreasing Attention deficit – hyperactivity disorder syndroms.
