مدل معادله ساختاری ویژگی های شخصیتی رهبران تحول آفرین و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی؛ نقش واسطه گر کارآفرینی سازمانی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی رهبران تحول‌آفرین بر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی با توجه به نقش مداخله‌گر کارآفرینی سازمانی می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، خبرگان آگاه و مدیران و کارشناسان دانشگاه‌های دولتی استان کرمان است. از این جامعه آماری نمونه 384‌تایی به صورت طبقه‌ای متناسب انتخاب شد و داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شدند و به کمک مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار ایموس 24 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود. ویژگی‌های شخصیتی رهبران تحول‌آفرین به طور مستقیم پیش‌بینی کننده مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی دانشگاه‌ها بود و کارآفرینی سازمانی در این رابطه نقش واسطه‌گری معناداری را ایفاء کرد. لذا پیشنهاد می شود در دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی به بحث کارآفرینی سازمانی، مسئولیت اجتماعی و ویژگی های شخصیتی رهبران تحول آفرین توجه بیش از پیشی شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of personality traits of transformational leaders on social responsibility with regard to the interventionist role of organizational entrepreneurship. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study is informed experts and managers and experts of public universities of Kerman province. From this statistical population, a sample of 384 was selected as the appropriate category and the data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by structural equation modeling in Amos 24 software. The results showed that the model had a good fit. The personality traits of transformational leaders directly predicted the social responsibility of universities, and organizational entrepreneurship played a significant mediating role in this regard. Therefore, it is suggested that in universities and institutes of higher education, organizational entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and personality traits of transformational leaders are more prevalent.
