بررسی اثربخشی (تاثیر) طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بر بهزیستی ذهنی و خستگی در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری ام اس

چکیده

چکیده
مولتیپل اسکلروزیس یکی از اختلالات ناتوان کننده عصبی است که اختلالات جسمی و روانی متعددی را ایجاد می کند. هدف: هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی درمان گروهی طرحواره های هیجانی بر میزان بهزیستی ذهنی، خستگی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بوده است. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی، و طرح پژوهش بصورت پیش آزمون- پس آزمون- پیگیری با گروه گواه گسترش یافته میباشد.جامعه آماری شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس مراجعه کننده به درمانگاهها و بخش های مغز و اعصاب بیمارستانهای شهر شیراز بود. 40 بیمار مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، بصورت تصادفی در 2 گروه آزمایشی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پرسشنامه های بهزیستی ذهنی مولوی و خستگی کرمپ قبل از اجرای مداخله گروهی طرحواره های هیجانی بر روی گروه آزمایش، پس از اجرای مداخله درمانی و 3 ماه پس از آن توسط هر دو گروه شرکت کنندگان تکمیل گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کوواریانس و واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان گروهی طرحواره های هیجانی بر میزان بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس اثر معناداری داشت و موجب افزایش بهزیستی ذهنی آنها گردید و این اثر پس از پیگیری 3 ماهه ماندگاری داشت(p<0/01) . همچنین این درمان برروی خستگی نیز تاثیر معناداری داشت و این نتایج در مرحله پیگیری 3 ماهه نیز وجود داشت (p<0/01).  با استناد به یافته ها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که درمان گروهی طرحواره های هیجانی جهت کاهش خستگی و افزایش بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس موثر میباشد.

Aims: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of emotional schemas group therapy on subjective well being and fatigue in patients with MS. The statistical population included all patients with MS referring to neurology clinics of Shiraz hospitals. 40 patients with MS were randomly assigned into 2 experimental and control groups. Mowlavi Subjective well-being questionnaire, Fatigue Scale were completed by all two groups of participants. For data analysis, covariance analysis and variance analysis with repeated measurements were used. The results showed that emotional schemas group therapy had a significant effect on fatigue in patients with MS and reduced them, and their effects remained after 3 months follow up (p
