This research was conducted with the aim of studying the role of belief in a just and an unjust world in connection between job stress and exhaustion with unethical behaviors. Previous research evidences showed that, belief in a just world moderates the effects of stress on individuals. This research is a co- relational research. Research statistical population was the employees of a public sector company in spring and summer of 1389. Among these statistical population, 287 persons were selected using convenience sampling. Research instruments were belief in a just world questionnaire with 7 items, belief in an unjust world with 4 items, job stress with 5 items, job exhaustion with 4 items and unethical behaviors with 4 items. Data were analyzed with the use of moderated hierarchical regression analysis. Results of hierarchical regression analysis revealed that, belief in a just world moderates the relationship between job stresses with unethical behaviors. That is, when belief in a just world is low, increase in job stress, result in increase of unethical behaviors. On the basis of current research findings, with reinforce belief in a just world; we could be prevent connection between job stress and unethical behaviors.
