اثر بخشی درمان مبتنی بر ایماگو بر باورهای فراشناختی، بخشودگی و بهزیستی روان‎شناختی زنان متقاضی طلاق

چکیده

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیردرمان­مبتنی بر ایماگو بر باورهای فراشناختی، بخشودگی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زنان متقاضی طلاق در شهرری انجام شده است.
روش: طرح پژوهش از نوع پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون با گروه آزمایش و گواه می­باشد. جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه­ی زنان متقاضیان طلاق در شهر، شهرری بود که از میان آن­ها 28 نفر به عنوان 14نفر  به روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از این 28 نفر به شکل تصادفی، 14 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 14 نفر در گروه کنترل گماشته شدند. درمان مبتنی بر ایماگو به شیوه گروهی طی 8 جلسه بر دو گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. و افراد گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار گرفتند و هیچ مداخله­ای دریافت نکردند. ابزار استفاده شده در این پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه­ باورهای فراشناخت ولز، پرسش‌نامه­ بخشودگی پولارد و همکاران و پرسش‌نامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف می­باشد که شرکت کنندگان در مرحله پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون به سؤالات آن پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج از روش­های آماری توصیفی و تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شده است.
یافته ­ها: اثر درمان مبتنی بر ایماگو، بر باورهای فراشناختی، بخشش و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زنان متقاضی طلاق معنادار بود. هم‌چنین، میزان باورهای فراشناختی، بخشودگی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی در گروه آزمایش در مرحله­ پس آزمون به گونه معنی داری متفاوت از گروه کنترل بود.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که میان گروه آزمایش و کنترل از لحاظ متغیر های  باورهای فراشناختی، بخشودگی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی تفاوت معنی­داری وجود دارد (001/0>P).درمان مبتنی بر ایماگو از درمان­های جدید و مطرح در درمان تعارض های خانواده و زوج‌هاست که توانسته است باورهای فراشناختی، بخشودگی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زنان متقاضی طلاق را تغییر دهد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to Effectiveness of imago relationship Therapy on meta cognitive beliefs, forgiveness, and psychological well-being of divorced women in shahr-e ray The research design is a pretest-post test test with a test and control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all divorce applicants in shahr-e ray selected from among them by available sampling method, 28 subject were selected by available sampling method. And these 28 subject, 14 were assigned to the experimental group and 14 to the control group. Imago therapy was administered to the two experimental groups for 8 sessions. And the control group was on the waiting list and received no intervention. The tools used in this study included the Meta cognitive Beliefs Questionnaire ,Forgiveness Questionnaire, and the Well-being Questionnaire which the participants answered to the pre-test and post-test questions. Descriptive statistics and covariance analysis were used to analyze the results The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of variables of meta cognitive beliefs, forgiveness and psychological well-being (P <0.001). Also, the level of meta cognitive beliefs, forgiveness and psychological well-being in the experimental group in the post-test phase were significantly different from the control group.
