اثربخشی آموزش پیشگیری از ابتلا به بیماری کووید-19 بر اضطراب بیماری کرونا در دانشجویان

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: کروناویروس، یک بیماری حاد تنفسی، اولین بار در دسامبر 2019 در ووهان چین گزارش شد. ظهور مسائل مربوط به سلامت روان در طول همه‌گیری COVID-19 کاملاً غیرمنتظره نبود. مواردی از افزایش علائم استرس، سردرگمی، خشم، اضطراب و افسردگی گزارش شده است. ادبیات مربوط به مداخلات یا دستورالعمل‌ها برای مدیریت اثرات سلامت روانی ویروس محدود است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش پیشگیری از ابتلا به بیماری کووید-19 بر اضطراب بیماری کرونا در دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک طرح آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان شیراز بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 30 نفر (در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گروه کنترل) انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این مطالعه مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا (CDAS) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که بعد از مداخله آموزشی، میانگین نمرات اضطراب بیماری کرونا و مولفه‌های آن (علائم جسمانی و روانی) در گروه آزمایش بطور چشمگیری نسبت به گروه کنترل در پس-آزمون کاهش یافت.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که ترکیبی از پروتکل‌های آموزشی برای پیشگیری و افزایش آگاهی در مورد ویروس کرونا و نحوه انتشار آن، آموزش تکنیک های ذهن آگاهی و اصلاح تفکر معیوب موجب کاهش قابل ملاحظه‌ای در اضطراب بیماری کرونا شده است.

Introduction: COVID-19, an acute respiratory disease, was first reported in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. The emergence of mental health issues during the COVID-19 pandemic was not entirely unexpected. There have been reports of increases in stress symptoms, confusion, anger, anxiety, and depression. The literature regarding interventions or guidelines for managing the mental health impacts of the virus is limited. Therefore, purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of Covid-19 disease prevention training on reduction of corona disease anxiety in Farhangian University students.
Materials and Methods: The present study was an empirical design with a pretest and posttest design. The statistical population of this study included students in Farhangian University in Shiraz who were selected by available sampling method 30 subjects (in two groups of 15 experimental and control group). The instrument used in this study was the Corona Disease Anxiety Scale (CDAS). Data were analyzed using covariance analysis.
Results: Findings of this study showed that after the educational intervention, the mean anxiety scores of corona disease and its components (physical and psychological symptoms) in the experimental group decreased significantly compared to the control group in the posttest.
Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that a combination of training protocols to increase awareness of the coronavirus and how it spreads, teaching mindfulness techniques and correcting defective thinking has significantly reduced corona disease anxiety.
