اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی بر عزت نفس، کمال گرایی و فرسودگی زناشویی در زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان

چکیده

مقدمه: ازدواج نخستین پیمان عاطفی و قانونی در زندگی ما به شمار می آید. سرخوردگی و فرسودگی زناشویی ، کاهش تدریجی دلبستگی عاطفی به همسر است که با احساس بیگانگی، بی علاقگی و بی تفاوتی زوجین به یکدیگر و جایگزینی عواطف منفی به جای عواطف مثبت همراه است و با توجه به این مسئله هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر عزت نفس، کمالگرایی و فرسودگی زناشویی زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان است.
روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان است. نمونه پژوهش تعداد 40 نفر بطور تصادفی در 2 گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند، گروه آزمایش متشکل از 20 نفر از زنان مراجعه کننده که آموزش گروهی مهارتهای ارتباطی را در طول 10 جلسه هفتگی دریافت کردند و گروه گواه متشکل از همین تعداد افراد، که این آموزشها را دریافت نکردند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه های عزت نفس(کوپر اسمیت)،کمال گرایی(هیل) و فرسودگی زناشویی(پانیز)، بود که در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بر روی 2 گروه آزمایشی وگواه انجام شد. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از شاخص آماری تحلیل کوواریانس، در نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی، موجب کاهش معناداری در میانگین نمرات و فرسودگی زناشویی گروه آزمایشی نسبت به گروه گواه گردید. همچنین این آموزشها، موجب افزایش معناداری در میانگین نمرات عزت نفس در بین گروه آزمایشی شد، اما این آموزش‌ها موجب کاهش معناداری در کمال گرایی نگردید.

Introduction: Marriage is the first emotional and legal treaty in our lives. Frustration and frustration are the gradual reduction of emotional attachment to the spouse, which is associated with the feeling of alienation, indifference and disparity between couples and the replacement of negative emotions rather than positive emotions. Accordingly, the aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of teaching skills Relationship between self-esteem, perfectionism and marital exhaustion of women referring to Isfahan counseling centers.
Method: The statistical population of this study consisted of all women referring to Isfahan counseling centers. Samples of 40 students were randomly assigned into two groups of experimental and control groups. The experimental group consisted of 20 women who referred to the group communication skills training they received 10 weekly sessions, and the control group consisted of the same number of people who did not receive the training. The instrument used in this research was self-esteem (Cooper Smith), perfectionism (Hill) and marital burnout (Paniz), which was done in two stages of pre-test and post-test on two experimental and control groups. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis of covariance analysis was used in SPSS software.
Results: The results of the analysis showed that communication skills training caused a significant reduction in the mean scores and marital burnout of the experimental group compared with the control group. Also, these trainings significantly increased the mean scores of self-esteem among the experimental group, but these did not significantly reduce perfectionism.
