راهکارهای شناختی – رفتاری قرآن در مواجهه با اضطراب

چکیده

مقدمه: اضطراب به عنوان یک اختلال و مشکل بالینی محسوب می­شود که برای درمان آن از روش­های دارویی، شناختی و شناختی – رفتاری استفاده می­شود.
روش­ شناسی: روش این پژوهش توصیفی-استنباطی است.
یافته ­ها: در این پژوهش با استفاده از نصوص و ظواهر آیات الهی، آموزه‌هایی استنباط شده است که می­توان از آنها راهکارهای کاربردی شناختی – رفتاری را در درمان اضطراب ارائه کرد.
بحث و نتیجه ­گیری: درک محضر الهی، توجه به اسامی آرام بخش خداوند، توجه به امدادها­ی غیبی و جنود الهی در آسمان­ها و زمین، باور قلبی به تأثیرخداوند در سکونت وآرامش، باور به اراده حکیمانه الهی، توجه به مالکیت مطلق عالمانه و حکیمانه حق تعالی بر تمام اسباب و واسطه­ها، نیک گمانی نسبت به خداوند، توجه به استعدادهای بالقوه خدادادی و توانمندی­های فردی نیک اندیشی نسبت به آینده بهره­ مندی بهینه از شب شناخت عامل اضطراب زا آرامش بخشی خانه و اهل خانه و بهره­مندی بهینه از خواب، آموزه­های قرآنی است که از آن­ها راهکارهای کاربردی برای رفع اضطراب ارائه شده است. پیشنهاد این پژوهش، انجام پژوهش­های آزمایشی برای راستی­آزمایی راهکارهای ارائه شده است.

Introduction: Anxiety is considered as a clinical disorder and problem, which is treated with pharmacological, cognitive and cognitive-behavioral methods. Methods: The research method is descriptive-inferential. Results: In this research, by using the texts and appearances of the divine verses, teachings have been deduced from which practical cognitive-behavioral solutions can be presented in the treatment of anxiety. Conclusion: Understanding the presence of God, paying attention to the soothing names of God, paying attention to the unseen help and divine troops in the heavens and the earth, believing in the influence of God in his residence and peace, believing in the wise will of God, paying attention to the omniscient and wise ownership of the Most High. Over all means and mediators, good faith towards God, attention to God-given potential talents and individual abilities, good thinking towards the future, optimal benefit from the night, knowing the anxiety-causing factor, relaxing the home and its people, and optimal benefit from sleep, there are Quranic teachings, from which practical solutions to relieve anxiety have been presented. The proposal of the current research is to conduct experimental research to verify the presented solutions.
