بررسی نقش میانجی نیازهای روان‌شناختی و احساس کنترل در رابطه حمایت اجتماعی با استرس حاد در بین معلمان متوسطه اول شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی نیازهای روان‌شناختی و احساس کنترل در رابطه حمایت اجتماعی با استرس حاد در بین معلمان متوسطه اول شهر تهران انجام شد.
روش: ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را تمامی معلمان متوسطه اول شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399، ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادند. نمونه آماری نیز 320 نفر بوده که با توجه به شیوع ویروس کرونا، به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی واکس و همکاران (1986)، پرسش‌نامه نیازهای بنیادی روان‌شناختی گاردیا و همکاران (2000)، مقیاس استرس کووید-19 (CSS)(2020) و مقیاس منبع کنترل راتر (1966) بودند که روایی و اعتبار آن‌ها در پژوهش‌های پیشین به اثبات رسیده بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که نیازهای روان‌شناختی و احساس کنترل در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی با استرس حاد در بین معلمان متوسطه اول شهر تهران نقش واسطه‌ای معناداری را ایفا می‌کنند.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of psychological needs and feelings of control in the relationship between social support and acute stress among first grade high school teachers in Tehran.
Method: The statistical population of this research was given by all the first high school teachers in Tehran in the academic year 2020-21. The statistical sample was 320 people who were selected according to the prevalence of coronavirus. The instruments used in the present study were the Wax et al. Social Support Scale, the Guardia et al. the Covid-19 Stress Scale (CSS) and the Rutter Control Resource Scale. Their validity had been proven in previous research. Pearson correlation coefficient, regression and path analysis were used to analyze the results.
Findings: Findings showed that psychological needs and sense of control in the relationship between social support and acute stress among primary school teachers in Tehran play a significant mediating role.
