نقش واسطه ای توانمندسازی در ارتباط با هوش سازمانی و کیفیت زندگی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش تبیین نقش واسطه‌ای توانمندسازی در ارتباط با هوش سازمانی و کیفیت زندگی کاری می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تمامی کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت بوده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم تعداد90 نفرانتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری در این پژوهش سه پرسش‌نامه هوش سازمانی آلبرخت[1]، کیفیت زندگی کاری قاسم زاده و توانمندسازی اسپریتزر[2] بوده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل از روش‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و در سطح آمار استنباطی از روش تحلیل مسیر به شیوه بارون و کنی با کاربرد از روش رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند: توانمندسازی نقش واسطه ای بسیار ضعیفی ایفا می‌کند. با توجه به نتایج مقدار بتای هوش سازمانی برای پیش‌بینی توانمندی که معادل با همبستگی مرتبه صفر این دو متغییر است با توجه به ناچیز بودن تاثیر غیرمستقیم هوش سازمانی از راه توانمندسازی برای کیفیت زندگی می‎توان به این نتیجه رسید که به احتمال قوی متغییر توانمندسازی برای رابطه هوش سازمانی و کیفیت زندگی یک متغییر تعدیل‌گر است.

The aim of the present study was to explain the mediating role of empowering in relationship between organizational intelligence and quality of working life. The sample included all of employees of Islamic Azad university of Marvdasht. The method was descriptive and correlation and 90 employees were selected by stratified sampling. The instrument consisted of three Albrechtʼ organizational intelligence, Ghasemzadeʼ quality of working life and Spreitzerʼ empowering. Mean and standard deviation for descriptive statistic and path analysis using Baron and Keni method and hierarchical regression for inferential statistic were used to analyze data. The result showed that empowering plays a minor role. According to the results, value of beta for organizational intelligence to predict empower has zero correlation and because of indirect impact of organizational intelligence on life quality through empowering, it can be concluded that empowering is considered as a moderating variable for relationship between organizational intelligence and life quality
