نقش واسطه‌ای خودکارآمدی در رابطه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با مهارت اجتماعی

چکیده

    هدف از انجام این پژوهش تبیین نقش واسطه­ای خودکارآمدی در رابطه ویژگی­های شخصیتی با مهارت اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان بوده است. به لحاظ ماهیت و اهداف، این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و برای اجرای آن از روش همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه اول مدارس غیر انتفاعی ناحیه 2 شیراز در سال تحصیلی 95-94 بود که با استفاده از روش خوشه­ای تک مرحله­ای تعداد 4 مدرسه انتخاب شد و در هر مدرسه کلاس‌های هفتم انتخاب و سپس به 140 نفر از دانش‌آموزان پرسش‌نامه­ها جهت تکمیل داده شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری در این پژوهش پرسش‌نامه مهارت اجتماعی ماتسون، خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و ویژگی­های شخصیتی نئو استفاده شده است. داده­ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (ماتریس همبستگی، تحلیل رگرسیون و تحلیل مسیر) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان دادند که انعطاف­ پذیری و برون گرایی با مهارت اجتماعی، هم‌چنین، انعطاف پذیری با خودکارآمدی رابطه معنادار ندارد. بین خودکارآمدی با مهارت اجتماعی رابطه مستقیم معنادار وجود دارد. ویژگی­های شخصیتی روان رنجورگرا و وظیفه شناسی قادر به پیش بینی خودکارآمدی می­باشند. بنابراین، خودکارآمدی در رابطه با ویژگی­های شخصیتی و مهارت اجتماعی نقش میانجی را ایفا می­کند.

چکیده [English]

   The present study aimed to explain the mediating role of self-efficacy in relation to personality traits and social skills in students. The research was practical and descriptive-correlation method. The study population was all high school girl students of private schools in District 2 of Shiraz city in 95-94 school year that 140 students were selected by single-stage cluster sampling in the fourth schools and between seventh grades. Research tools were Matson social skills, Scherrer general self-efficacy (1982) and NEO Personality (1985) questionnaires. Data were analyzed in two statistical levels (descriptive, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (correlation matrix, regression analysis and path analysis). Findings showed that there is no significant relationship between flexibility and extroversion with social skills, also any relationship between flexibility and self-efficacy. There is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and social skills. Neurotic and conscientious personality traits are able to predict self-efficacy. So result show that self-efficacy plays the role of mediator in relation to personality traits and social skills.
