ساخت و هنجاریابی مقدماتی پرسشنامه غربالگری – تشخیصی روان شناختی شیراز (اس پی دی اس کیو)

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر ساخت و هنجاریابی مقدماتی پرسشنامه غربالگری و تشخیصی روان شناختی شیراز (اس پی دی اس کیو) است . مجموعه ای از سئوالات بر اساس روش قیاسی (نظریه ای) و ملاک های تشخیصی DSM-5 برای 11 اختلال روان شناختی طراحی شد. سپس نسخه تجربی پرسشنامه غربالگری – تشخیصی اختلال ها از سوی 20 متخصص (15 روان شناس و 5 روان پزشک) با روش دلفی تدوین گردید. یک گروه بهنجار (493 نفر زن ومرد) به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای و یک گروه بالینی (198 نفر زن و مرد) با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و پرسشنامه بر روی آنها اجرا گردید. تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که ضریب پایایی ابعاد حاصل از تحلیل عاملی با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ در گروه بهنجار، گروه بالینی و کل پاسخگویان شهر شیراز متشکل از 86 سئوال برابر با 0/95  بود. بر اساس یافته های مطالعه حاضر، پرسشنامه شامل 11 عامل است که در مجموع 88/52 درصد از واریانس کل پرسشنامه را تبیین میکنند. همچنین، تفاوت معناداری بین نمره های افراد گروه بالینی با تشخیص روان پزشکی (p<0/01) بیانگر روایی افتراقی پرسشنامه در غربالگری اختلال های  روان شناختی در جامعه شهر شیراز بود و همبستگی معنادار بین نمره های پرسشنامه با نمره تشخیصی روان پزشکی (p<0/01) حاکی از روایی ملاکی پرسشنامه است. در نهایت ، پرسشنامه تدوین شده دارای روایی و اعتبار مناسب برای غربالگری و تشخیص اختلال های روان شناختی جامعه شهر شیراز  می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is The Construction and Standardization of Shiraz Psychological Diagnostic - Screening Questionnaire (SPDSQ). content of the questionnaire based on the inductive method (theoretical) and the diagnostic criterion of DSM-5 for 11 psychological disorder by 20 experts ( psychologist and psychiatrist )was developed. Then, one normal group (including 493 women and men) were chosen by multi-stage cluster random sampling method and one clinical group (including 198 women and men ) were chosen by available sampling method . The result of study showed the internal consistency in normal group , clinical group and total .Based on these findings, the questionnaire on including 11 factor has validity, and can explain 55/82 of the total variance. Also significant difference between the scores of clinical group and psychiatry diagnosis (P<0.01), represents the differential validity of a questionnaire to screening psychological disorders in shiraz community and positive significant correlation between score of questionnaire and score of psychiatry diagnosis (P<0.01) represent the criterion validity of questionnaire. The compiled questionnaire has validity and reliability for diagnostic - Screening of psychological disorders in Shiraz.
