بررسی نقش تعدیل‌کننده خود شفقتی بر رابطه مشکلات بین فردی و دل‌زدگی زناشویی در زنان ناسازگار

چکیده

خانواده اساس و شالوده‌ی زندگی فردی و اجتماعی است و هسته اصلی خانواده، زن و شوهر هستند، هرگونه تلاش برای حفظ روابط از آسیب‌های احتمالی لازم و ارزشمند است؛ لذا هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش تعدیل‌کننده خود شفقتی بر رابطه مشکلات بین فردی و دل‌زدگی زناشویی در زنان ناسازگار بود. پـژوهش حاضر به روش کمی و از نـوع پیمایشـی ـ همبسـتگی به اجرا درآمده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه زنان ناسازگار مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر مشهد در فاصله زمانی اردیبهشت‌ماه تا خردادماه سال 97 بود. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای بود. نمونه مورد پژوهش 103 نفر بودند که با پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی، مقیاس مشکلات بین فردی و مقیاس دل‌زدگی زناشویی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی و تحلیل مسیر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که خود شفقتی بر رابطه مشکلات بین فردی و دل‌زدگی زناشویی در زنان ناسازگار نقش تعدیل‌کننده دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که آموزش خود شفقتی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یکی از مؤلفه‌های مداخله در زوج‌درمانی در کاهش دل‌زدگی زناشویی مفید واقع شود.

Family is the basis of personal and social life and the core of the family is husband and wife. Any attempt to keep relationships from necessary and valuable damage. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to Investigating the role of Self-Compassion moderator on the relationship between interpersonal problems and Couple Burnout in incompatible women. Research method is a quantitative and survey-correlative method. The statistical population of this study consisted of all incompatible women referring to counseling centers of Mashhad during the period Ordibehesht to Khordad 1397. The sampling method was multi-stage clustering. The sample consisted of 103 people who were examined by Marital Adjustment Inventory, Interpersonal problems Scale and Couple Burnout Inventory (CBM). Data were analyzed using hierarchical regression and path analysis. The results of this study showed that it is quite a moderating factor in the effect of interpersonal problems on couple burnout. The results indicate that Self-Compassion can be useful as a component of intervention in couple therapy in reducing couple burnout.
