تأثیر آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی بر کاهش نشانه‌های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای در کودکان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی بر کاهش نشانه­های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای در کودکان است. این پژوهش نیمه تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری شامل کودکان دختر دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابله­ای مراجعه­کننده به مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش استان فارس است. بر این اساس، 40 نفر به­عنوان نمونه در سه گروه آزمایش(هر گروه 10 نفر) و یک گروه کنترل(10 نفر) به‌صورت نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. مداخله طی 13 جلسه برای کودکان و 8 جلسه برای والدین ارائه شد. در این تحقیق جهت تشخیص اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای کودکان، از مصاحبه بالینی و پرسشنامه علائم مرضی کودکان CSI-4 (فرم والدین) استفاده شد. مرحله پیگیری با فاصله دو ماه پس از مداخله درمانی انجام شد. یافته­ها بر اساس تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون لون(LSD) نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی به کودکان، والدین و والد-کودک بر کاهش نشانه­های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله­ای کودکان تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین یافته­ها در مرحله پیگیری نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی به والدین، کودکان و والد-کودک در کنترل نشانه­های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله­ای کودکان موثر بوده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن است که آموزش مهارت­های اجتماعی سبب کاهش نشانه های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای کودکان می­شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social skills training on the reduction of symptoms of coping disorder in children. This quasi-experimental study is a pre-test-posttest with control group. The statistical population consisted of girls with disobedience disorder who were referred to Fars Educational Counseling Center. For this purpose, 40 subjects were selected in a randomized sampling method in three experimental groups (each group of 10) and a control group (10 persons). The intervention was provided for 13 sessions for children and 8 for parents. In this research, clinical interviews and CSI-4 (Parent form) children's symptom questionnaire were used to diagnose the disordered coping disorder. The follow-up phase was performed two months after the intervention. Findings based on covariance analysis and LSD test showed that social skills training for children, parents and parent-child has a significant effect on reducing the symptoms of coping disorder in children. Also, the findings in the follow up phase showed that social skills training was effective in controlling the symptoms of childhood disobedience in parents, children and parent-child. The results of this study indicate that social skills training reduces the symptoms of childhood disobedience disorder.
