مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) و درمان فراتشخیصی در افزایش رضایت از زندگی در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های تأمین اجتماعی شهر کرمانشاه

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پرستاران از جمله افرادی هستند که ارتباطی تنگاتگ با مردم دارند، مسئولیت سلامتی و زندگی انسان ها را به دوش می کشند و با بیماران و بیماری های درمان ناپذیر روبرو هستند. از این رو پیوسته فشارهای روانی شدیدی را تجربه می کنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) و درمان فراتشخیصی در افزایش رضایت از زندگی در پرستاران شاغل در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی در شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد.
روش­: روش پژوهش، شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های تأمین اجتماعی شهر کرمانشاه می باشد. روش نمونه گیری به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند می باشد. از بین پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های تأمین اجتماعی کرمانشاه، 45 نفر به عنوان نمونه با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود و خروج و با تست اولیه توسط محقق شدند و در 3 گروه 15 نفری که شامل 2 گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل می باشد، تقسیم شدند. 8 جلسه درمان های فراتشخیصی 5/1 ساعته به گروه آزمایش 1 و 8 جلسه آموزش زوج درمانی مبنی بر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد 5/1 ساعته به گروه آزمایش 2 ارائه گردید. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس رضایت از زندگی داینر (1985) استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد، در مجموع، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) در افزایش رضایت از زندگی در بین پرستاران در سطح معناداری (p<0.05 ) موثر است. همچنین، درمان فراتشخیص در افزایش رضایت از زندگی در بین پرستاران در سطح معناداری (p<0.05 ) موثر است. نتایج برای فرضیه دیگر پژوهشی نشان داد که درمان فراتشخیصی نسبت به درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش رضایت از زندگی در بین پرستاران در سطح معناداری (p<0.05 ) از تأثیر بیشتری برخوردار است.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که توجه به رضایت از زندگی در پرستاران از جهت سلامت فردی و سلامت عمومی جامعه بسیار حایز اهمیت می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction and aim: Nurses are people who are in close contact with people, take responsibility for human health and life and face untreatable illnesses and diseases. Therefore, they are constantly experiencing severe psychological stress. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment based treatment (ACT) and meta-diagnostic treatment in increasing life satisfaction in nurses working in the Social Security Organization in Kermanshah.
Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population of this study includes all nurses working in social security hospitals in Kermanshah. The sampling method is purposeful sampling. Among the nurses working in Kermanshah Social Security Hospitals, 45 people were selected as a sample by considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria and by initial testing and were divided into 3 groups of 15 people, which includes 2 experimental groups and a control group. Were. 8 sessions of 1.5-hour meta-diagnostic treatments were presented to the experimental group 1 and 8 sessions of couple therapy training based on acceptance and commitment therapy 1.5 hours were presented to the experimental group 2. Diner Life Satisfaction Scale (1985) was used to collect data.
Findings: The findings of this study showed that, in general, acceptance and commitment based therapy (ACT) is effective in increasing life satisfaction among nurses at a significant level (p <0.05). Also, meta-diagnosis treatment is effective in increasing life satisfaction among nurses at a significant level (p <0.05). The results for another research hypothesis showed that meta-diagnostic treatment has a greater effect (p <0.05) on increasing life satisfaction among nurses than acceptance and commitment based therapy.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that paying attention to life satisfaction in nurses is very important for individual health and general health of the community.
