The statistical population included mental health professionals and experienced managers in the departments related to the elderly. ‌ and selectively analyzed. The research model showed that the physical-mental health model of the elderly has 13 main categories and 40 sub-categories. The Physical-Mental Health Strategy of the Elderly - Based on ‌ Psychological indicators includes four basic stages of policy-making, Stakeholder analysis, promotion of the elderly's leisure time, implementation and evaluation. According to the research findings, determining the central idea is the most important step in the physical and mental health of the elderly. Therefore, by developing the physical activities of the elderly in their spare time, we can expect an improvement in the health (physical-mental) level of this age group.
