تدوین و تعیین اثر بخشی بسته آموزشی هوش معنوی با رویکرد قرآنی بر سلامت روان بیماران سرطانی زن

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: امروزه انواع سرطان و عوارض سنگین درمان آنها و همچنین مرگ و میر ناشی از این بیماری،همچنین وضعیت سلامت روان بیماران توجه بسیاری از پژوهشگران را به خود معطوف کرده است. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر ساخت بسته ی آموزشی هوش معنوی با رویکرد قرآنی و بررسی تأثیر آموزش آن بر سلامت روان در گروهی از بیماران سرطانی زن بود.

مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر طرحی آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود و آزمودنیها به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. درراستای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، پس از تدوین بسته آموزشی تعداد 40 بیمار سرطانی زن انتخاب، و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش، طی هشت جلسه و به مدت 2 ماه آموزش دیدند و در طول این مدت با استفاده از پیام های امید بخش و یاد آوری تکالیفی ازآیات قرآنی(به عنوان بخشی از بسته ی آموزشی ) همراهی شدند. در این پژوهش جهت اندازه گیری سلامت روان ازپرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ-28) استفاده شد وداده با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاضر حاکی از افزایش معنادار سلامت روان و ابعاد آن در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل پس از مداخله آموزشی است.

نتیجه گیری: یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد که مداخله های آموزشی ترکیبی و مبتنی بر فرهنگ می تواند بر افزایش قابل ملاحظه سلامت روان در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مؤثر باشد.

Abstract

Introduction and purpose: Today, many types of cancer and the severe complications of their treatment, as well as the mortality caused by this disease ,and state of mental health of patients have attracted the attention of many researchers. Therefore, the purpose of the current research was to create a spiritual intelligence educational package with a Quranic approach and to investigate the effect of its training on mental health in a group of female cancer patients.

Materials and methods: The present study was an experimental design with pre-test, post-test and control group, and the subjects were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. In order to achieve the goal of the research, after compiling the educational package, 40 female cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two control and experimental groups. The experimental group was trained during eight sessions for 2 months and during this period they were accompanied by using hopeful messages and homework reminders of Quranic verses (as part of the educational package). In this research, the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) was used to measure mental health, and the data was analyzed using covariance analysis.

Findings: The findings of the present study indicate a significant increase in mental health and its dimensions in the experimental group compared to the control group after the educational intervention.

Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that combined and culture-based educational interventions can significantly increase mental health in cancer patients.
