This research was administered with the aim of investigating the mediating role of feeling of energy in connection between stress with creativity, organizational citizenship behaviors and deviant behaviors. Research statistical population was the employees of two productive and industrial complexes in Esfahan city. Among them, 275 employees, for participating to research, were selected using stratified random sampling. Instruments of research were consisted of: feeling of energy scale, job stress scale, creativity questionnaire, organizational citizenship behaviors questionnaire and deviant behaviors questionnaire. Research data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structure equation modeling (SEM). Results showed that: there is negative significant relation between feeling of energy with job stress and deviant behaviors; there is a positive significant relationship between feeling of energy with creativity and organizational citizenship behaviors. Results of structure equation modeling revealed that feeling of energy play a complete mediator role in relation between job stress with deviant behaviors, organizational citizenship behaviors and creativity.
