This study was aimed to investigate the structural relationship between self- concept, self-regulatory learning and academic achievement among the students of Shahid Beheshti University. Sample consisted of 348 male and female students were randomly enrolled in to the study. Of course we care sex and population ratio of every college in our sampling. Students filled out two questions: Tensi and boufard. The GPA of special courses was selected as academic achievement index. Statistic analyzing resolution research used path analysis test. The result of regression confirmed that self- concept has a significant effect on academic achievement directly and indirectly by self-regulatory learning
