This study has done to show the relation between metacognitive strategies with aggression and coping styles in Shiraz high school students. Methods: In this study, 360 individuals of Shiraz high school students between the ages 17-19 (240 females, 120 males) in 88-89 school year, were chosen by multi stage cluster sampling. Data collection was done with Metacognition Questionnaire-30 (MCQ-30) by Cartwright Hatton & wells (2004), Aggression Questionnaire (AQ), and Coping Styles Questionnaire (CSQ).Statistic data were analyzed by the use of Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test for independent groups and multiple regression analysis.
