نقش حوز ه های طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در پیش بینی انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی دانشجویان

چکیده

مقدمه: در دنیای کار امروز که تغییرات مکرر از جمله ویژگی های آن است ساویکاس، انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی را مهمترین بعد در رشد و تکامل مسیر شغلی افراد می داند. به دلیل  اهمیت انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی، لزوم بررسی سازه های مختلف روانشناختی در ارتباط با آن اهمیت می یابد که به نظر       می رسد در این میان، طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه موضوع قابل تأملی باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پاسخگویی به این پرسش که "کدام حوزه یا حوزه های طرح واره ها تأثیر بیشتری بر انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی دانشجویان دارد؟" انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی و ابزار پژوهش، دو پرسشنامه ی طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ و انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی ساویکاس بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان  دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی  کشور  در سال ۹۸، روش نمونه گیری، غیرتصادفی با تغییرات بیشینه  وحجم نمونه  ۸۴۹ نفر بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نسخه ۲۴ نرم افزار spss و به روش رگرسیون گام به گام انجام شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد از ۵ حوزه ی طرحواره ها ،۴ حوزه ی "خودگردانی و عملکرد مختل"،" گوش به زنگی"،"محدودیت های مختل" و" قطع و بریدگی" مجموعا قادر به تبیین ۲۱ درصد واریانس متغیر ملاک(انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی) بوده و حوزه ی "دیگر جهت مندی" قادر به تببین این متغیرنبوده است. نتیجه­گیری: به دلیل نقش مهم طرحواره ها در ابعاد مختلف زندگی از جمله انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی کمک به دانشجویان  جهت شناسایی و تعدیل طرحواره های ناسازگارشان پیشنهاد می شود.

Abstract

While today's world of careers is experiencing repeated changes, Savickas introduces career adaptability as the most crucial dimension in growth and development of career path.

Due to the importance of career adaptability , the study different psychological structures such as the primary maladaptive schemas necessitates. The aim of the present survey has been to answer the question, "which field/s of schemas has the most influence upon students' career adaptability?"

The method of study is descriptive correlation research, and Young's primary maladaptive schemas questionnaire and Savickas' career adaptability questionnaire are the couple of tools utilized in this survey. The statistic population includes all the university students of country in the year 1399, The sampling method was non-random, with the maximum change and sample volume including 849 students. The data analysis is performed by SPSS 24th edition, through step by step regression.

According to the results achieved from 5 fields of schemas, four fields of " Impaired autonomy and performance","vigilance"," Impaired limits", and "Disconnection and Rejection" together explained %21 of variation of (career adaptability), and "orientation" as the other field was unable to explain this variable.

Due to the critical role of schemas in different dimensions of life including career adaptability, it is recommended to help students recognize and adjust their maladaptive schemas.
