تاثیر سرزندگی ذهنی و هوش معنوی بر شایستگی کارآفرینی با واسطه گری سرمایه های اجتماعی دردانشجویان دختر دانشگاه پیام نور شیراز

چکیده

کارآفرینی‌ یک‌ عامل‌ مهم‌ در رشد اقتصادی تلقی‌ می‌شود.در حقیقت‌، فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه‌ به‌ اثربخشی‌ بالا در توسعه‌ اقتصادی از جمله‌ ایجاد اشتغال‌، نوآوری در کسب‌وکارها و رقابت‌پذیری و. . . منجر می‌شود.هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر سرزندگی ذهنی و هوش معنوی بر شایستگی کارآفرینی با واسطه گری سرمایه های اجتماعی دردانشجویان دختر دانشگاه پیام نور شیراز بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دختر مرکز پیام نور شیراز به تعداد 13000 نفر بودند که از میان آنها تعداد 250 نفر به صورت نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل، پرسشنامه سرزندگی ذهنی (Deci and Ryan, 1977) ، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی کینگ (SISRI) (۲۰۰۸) ، شایستگی کارآفرینی (زندی، 1392) ، پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی دلاویز (1384) بود. نتایج نشان داد اثر سرزندگی ذهنی (21/0=β، 05/0<P)، هوش معنوی (162/0=β) و سرمایه‌های اجتماعی (285/0=β) بر شایستگی کارآفرینی دانشجویان اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد . همچنین نتایج نشان داد رابطه‌ی سرزندگی ذهنی و هوش معنوی بر شایستگی کارآفرینی با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای سرمایه‌های اجتماعی مثبت و معنادار می‌باشد. لذا می‌توان گفت با تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی و عملی در جهت افزایش هوش معنوی و سرمایه‌های اجتماعی، می‌توان در جهت پیشرفت شایستگی کارآفرینی در افراد گام موثری برداشت.

چکیده [English]

Entrepreneurship is considered an important factor in economic growth. In fact, entrepreneurial activities lead to high effectiveness in economic development, including job creation, innovation in businesses and competitiveness, etc. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of mental vitality and spiritual intelligence on entrepreneurial competence through the mediation of social capital in female students of Payam Noor University, Shiraz. The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the research was 13,000 female students of Payam Noor Shiraz Center, out of which 250 were selected by cluster sampling. The tools used in this research included Mental Vitality Questionnaire (Deci and Ryan, 1977), King's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (SISRI) (2008), Entrepreneurial Competence (Zandi, 2012), Delaviz Social Capital Questionnaire (2014). The results showed that mental vitality (β=0.21, P<0.05), spiritual intelligence (β=0.162) and social capital (β=0.285) have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurship competence. . Also, the results showed that the relationship between mental vitality and spiritual intelligence on entrepreneurial competence is positive and significant, considering the mediating role of social capital. Therefore, it can be said that by developing educational and practical programs to increase spiritual intelligence and social capital, an effective step can be taken in the direction of the development of entrepreneurial competence in people.
