اثر هیجانات اخلاقی و هویت اخلاقی به عنوان میانجی در رابطه بین گسست اخلاقی و قلدری در مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش به منظور بررسی نقش واسطه­ای هیجان و هویت اخلاقی، در ارتباط بین گسست اخلاقی و قلدری انجام شد.
روش­: بدین منظور، از بین جامعه آماری که شامل کلیه دانش­آموزان دختر و پسر مقطع ابتدایی شهر تهران در سال 98-97 بود، نمونه 486 دانش­آموز با استفاده از روش­ خوشه­ای انتخاب شد که شامل 254 دانش­آموز پسر و 232 دانش­آموز دختر بود. شرکت­کنندگان در این پژوهش به چهار پرسش‌نامه قلدری تورنبرگ و جانگرت، گسست اخلاقی تورنبرگ و جانگرت، هیجان اخلاقی تورنبرگ و همکاران و هویت اخلاقی آکویینو و رید پاسخ دادند. روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم­افزارهای SPSS22 و PLS-SEM جهت تجزیه و تحلیل بکار گرفته شد.
یافته­ ها: نشان داده شد که هویت اخلاقی و هیجان اخلاقی هر دو نقش واسطه­ای در رابطه بین گسست اخلاقی و قلدری دارند.
نتیجه ­گیری: بنابراین، می­توان نتیجه گرفت که مطابق با مفهوم عاملیت اخلاقی از نظریه شناختی اجتماعی بندورا، جهت بررسی رفتارهای اخلاقی افراد، افزون بر عوامل شناختی و استدلال اخلاقی، می­بایست به عوامل هیجانی نیز توجه نمود.

چکیده [English]

Background and purpose: In this study, the mediating role of moral emotion and moral identity in relation to moral disengagement and bullying has been investigated.
Methods: For this purpose, 486 students were selected through cluster sampling method among all the primary school students in Tehran. There were 254 male and 232 female students. They completed the Bullying Scale, the Moral Disruption Scale, the Moral Emotions Scale, and the Moral Identity Questionnaire.  This study was conducted using structural equation modeling with the help of SPSS22 and PLS-SEM software.
Findings: It has been shown that moral identity and moral emotion both have a mediating role in the relationship between moral Disengagement and bullying.
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that according to the concept of the moral agency from Bandura's social cognitive theory, emotional factors should be considered in addition to cognitive factors and moral reasoning in order to examine the moral behavior of individuals.
