The goal of this study was to investigate the relationship between mental health mediating in relationship between religion commitment with vocational performance in Islamic azaduniversity lamerd branch .The population was 94 faculty members and employees of Islamic Azad UniversityLamerd branch . .For Sampling,census sampling were used and finally 91 returnedquestionnaire were investigated. The research method wasdescriptive correlational and research tool was 3 standardized questionnaire ofGoldBerk & Hiller mental health 1979 , Wartington et allreligious commitment 2003 , Paterson vocational performance 1990, that theirs reliability were calculatedby Cronbach,sAlpha 88,91,94 consequently .The result obtained from question analysis were done by routeanalysis that showed religious commitment is thepositive and significant predictorofvocational performance and mental health in lamerd branch and also mental health in relationship between religious commitment and vocational performance has meditating role.
